MatchHealthCareer ("we") is operated by Health Tech Associates. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Information you enter: name, email, phone, ZIP code, program interest, start timeline, learning format, education level and age attestation.
- Consent records: the consent language shown to you, the time you agreed, the page URL and your browser details.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and referral/campaign codes.
How we use it
- To match you with schools and send your request to them.
- To contact you about education options, as you consented.
- To keep records that prove consent, prevent fraud and improve the site.
Who we share it with
When you submit a request, we sell or share your information with up to 4 schools on our Partner Schools list in exchange for payment. We also use service providers (hosting, email, form processing) that handle data for us under contract. We may disclose information when required by law.
Your choices and rights
- Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information at Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
- Depending on your state, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@matchhealthcareer.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires.
- We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing.
Children
This site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
Retention and security
We keep lead and consent records for up to five years to meet legal record-keeping needs, then delete them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
